I am a Clinical Therapist with experience in working with adolescents and adults. Expressive therapy is utilized in the healing process with the ability to learn and implement effective therapy tools for those who may struggle with painful emotions, interpersonal relationship conflict, and major life stressors. I incorporate mindfulness and calming techniques within the therapeutic environment.
I specialize in trauma based approaches such as EMDR and Neurofeedback. Neurofeedback is a holistic brain exercising tool which helps conditions such as: stress, sleep issues, low energy, mood dysregulation, attention/learning deficits, physical/pain symptoms, and cognitive/behavioral functioning.
