I want to warmly welcome you in this new journey of change. My name is Jessica Rojas, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been working as an outpatient therapist for 7 years. My array of experience includes providing mental health to children, teens, adults and family from various cultural background both English and Spanish and different mental health issues including ADHD, anxiety, depression, traumatic stress and disruptive behavior.
I am certified in the following evidence-based practices: Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Nurturing Parenting Program, Managing and Adapting Practice and Aggression Replacement Training. I use different techniques and focus on strengths to explore thoughts and feelings through different means, such as art, drama and movement.
