I love working with women to navigate their specific needs including identity, anxiety, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, motherhood, body image, strained/broken relationships, shame/guilt, perfectionistic tendencies, and overwhelm. I love seeing women let go of the past, change their inner dialogue, learn to find calmness, and show up as who they want to be.
I offer motivated women who feel confused, anxious, and alone - a place to feel heard and validated, while also providing an outside perspective to challenge unhelpful thoughts or behaviors that might be keeping them in their current situation they want to change.
I know reaching out and going to therapy isn't easy, but I also know how helpful and powerful it can be. My hope is for women to heal and let go of what isn't serving them, learn healthy tools to move forward with, and find their confidence and purpose in the individual, partner, mom, boss, or whatever role they have.
