I am a Board Certified Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is passionate and hard working. I like to offer clients a trusting and relaxed environment to better themselves. I have been working in the mental health field for over ten years. I have experience helping clients with a variety of issues; depression, anxiety, divorce, loss, sexual identity, trauma, addiction, etc. I have worked predominately with adults and teens. I use clinically approved approaches tailored to the needs of my clients such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person Centered therapy.
