My goal in working together is to help you to feel your feet on the ground, connect with your heart, and to speak from a place of sincerity and authenticity. I work with clients experiencing a mix of things, but what usually ties them together is their ability to be incredibly self aware but never actually feel connected or known. Many of my clients are people who feel like everyone’s therapist friend, people who can always give the right answer but never feel seen, people whose sense of self is deeply rooted in other peoples opinions, and people who want love desperately but feel real terror and shame being caught craving it.

I often find myself working with people who have experienced trauma, family of origin wounds, repressed rage, depression, addiction histories and anxiety. Many of my clients have struggled with complicated relationships with the people they love, the substances or distractions they use to escape pain, and the ways that they treat or nourish their bodies.

I deeply believe that all of the things that make you feel the most alone are also the same things that help us connect as humans.
