I am Jessica Perez, LCSW. My approach to therapy is compassionate, humanistic, and culturally sensitive. I focus my work on transitional-aged youth as well as young adults who are in transition in their lives. I use motivational interviewing, Cognitive behavior therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, stress management, and culturally sensitive approach. I am collaborative with my clients to make sure we are on the same page with goal setting and achievement.
I work with young teens and adults who experience stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and peer relationship issues.
