It takes courage to admit something is wrong and look at the events that have shaped us. By exploring these experiences we gain the information we need to grow and find peace.
My goal is help you understand what may be keeping you stuck or repeating patterns of behavior which no longer serve you. I am IFS Trained through the IFS Institute, and have experience working with survivors of childhood sexual abuse, or assault; life transitions; relationship problems; or may be experiencing depression and/or anxiety, but don't know why.
