I believe that in our challenging world a persons mental health is critical to their optimal functioning and well being. I see myself as a partner in the therapy journey, where the client is the expert. I use cognitive behavioral therapy and play therapy to work with clients on their goals and help them achieve the wellness they are looking for. I enjoy working with children, adolescents and young adults. I have worked extensively with children ages 5 through 11 and love to engage parents, caregivers and siblings in the process.
