I’m trained in ACT, CBT, and Polyvagal Informed Therapy. I am neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed, and an LGBTQIA+ ally. I generally take an existential approach, which means I help my clients find meaning and purpose in their lives, while also helping them manage distressing emotions and experiences with awareness and acceptance.
In session, at your preferred pace, we'll uncover the possible origins of your current symptoms, including the exploration of core beliefs created during childhood and any traumas experienced. I hope to create an environment of safety and trust without judgment, so that you can feel comfortable enough to be vulnerable throughout this process.
