Hey there, I'm Jessica, a licensed clinical mental health counselor in NC. I'm here to help you sort through the things that are difficult right now, and offer you a safe place to be open and honest without fear of judgement. I specialize in working with Adults and Adolescents who are feeling stuck or overwhelmed. I believe everyone has the inner strengths needed to live their best life. But, it can be hard to recognize those strengths through the fog our stress response triggers.
