I believe it is essential to create a trusting therapeutic relationship in an inclusive and judgment free space so that you feel safe to express yourself and be you. In session, my intention is to provide an attuned listening ear while you share your concerns, thoughts and feelings. Together with curiosity and care, we will unfold past and present experiences and process their impact and meaning. I will encourage you as you gain awareness, insight, learn and grow.
My hope is that through our work together you may find more ease and fulfillment in your life. My approach is collaborative, holistic and eclectic - tailored to meet your unique needs. Whatever brings you in to see me, I welcome the opportunity to hear your story.
My clinical experience includes working with a range of ages (children, adolescents and adults) and levels of care (outpatient therapy, partial and full day programs) with clients with various concerns including, but not limited to anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma. One of my areas of special interest is Women’s issues across the lifespan.
