I specialize in using play therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help children process their emotions, manage anxiety, and navigate challenging behaviors. By working closely with parents, I help you better understand your child’s emotional needs and behaviors while providing strategies to foster a nurturing and structured home environment.
