I specialize in the treatment of OCD and anxiety in youth and adults utilizing evidence-based interventions (ERP & CBT), as well as treatment of depression, ADHD, and related conditions. My approach to therapy is holistic and collaborative, based on your unique goals and needs.
Some things I can help you or your child with include: reducing anxiety, fears, distress, and rumination; improving emotional regulation, focus and organization; developing confidence, connections, and sense of empowerment; and other skills for addressing difficult emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.
