I am a client centered therapist who practices radical acceptance. I don't wear a professional mask, I am my most genuine self and will encourage you to be your most genuine self. I frequently employ cognitive behavioral therapy and I am EMDR trained, however I modify my approach to meet an individual's needs.
As an "elder millennial" I hold a special affinity for the struggles millennial's and Gen Z face and thoroughly enjoy working with you.
