My specialties include children and adults with a focus on children struggling with mood disorders and school behavior issues. As a mother myself, I understand the need to give a child another listening ear and support. My style of therapy includes meeting my clients where they are and assisting them to create their own goals. I understand each individual has their own life goals and I am here to help you achieve them. Together we can work towards creating the version of you that you want to shine. My role as a counselor is to help process through emotions and events and get clients to build fulfillment in their lives.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Client Center Therapy interventions are often used when working with clients. I also offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy to clients who are struggling to replace negative emotions with positive emotions. Together I hope to help you create the version of you that you want.
I look forward to joining you on your journey to healing. As a member of the Great Lakes Psychology Group network, you can book an appointment with me instantly by clicking on the ‘my website’ button, where you’ll find my up-to-date calendar.
