I enjoy working with clients in person, the walk you take to my office is part of our clinical focus on setting routines and making space for ourselves. That said, some of my most loyal clients see me on zoom, we work together to get therapy in.
I work with any adult concerned with anxiety or depression symptoms. I am a gender-based violence expert completing doctoral studies with a clinical focus on sexual assault survivors. I hold expertise in coercive control: emotional, psychological, sexual, physical and financial abuse. I am a proud first gen immigrant who loves to work with immigrants.
I enjoy bringing both of our cultural identities and our collective cultural expertise into our work, as we contemplate the water you are swimming in. I am into decolonizing the therapeutic experience.
