The tone I create for my clients is to meet them where they are at. I try to soothe discomfort by allowing them to express any concerns and attempt to assist them find their place of comfort. This allows the therapeutic relationship to blossom and ultimately develop the necessary therapeutic alliance to thrive in treatment.
