Jessica Moore has been a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Mental Health Service Provider for 15 years. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a degree in Social Work and has a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Lee University. Having a background in social work has provided me with meeting emotional and physical needs, along with a Christian, non-judgmental approach to help ensure a comfortable, open environment.
After hearing about the reasons for counseling and the first session; in the second session I like to do a Treatment Goals page with the client, to help us both agree on needs that will be met in Counseling.
The first session will be making sure there is a good counselor-client match and to discuss what brought them to counseling, through gathering a client history.
