My passion for holistic wellness and healing is inspired by experiences of personal and generational trauma and addiction. I have dedicated my life and careers to helping those who have ever been hopeless or voiceless overcome adversity and thrive. As a mental health clinician and advocate, my goal for treatment is to work collaboratively with my clients to improve their quality of life and capacity for growth. Long-term recovery of any kind requires honesty, open-mindedness, and a willingness to change.
My clinical work is centered in the philosophy of humanistic psychology, which emphasizes the individual’s personal worth, the centrality of human values, and the creative, active nature of human beings. To help my clients meet their goals, I utilize a combination of evidenced-based psychological assessment measures and clinical interventions.
