I have experience with individual adults and children, couples, and families who are struggling with grief, depression, anxiety, academic problems, behavioral problems, low self-esteem, and young adult issues. I provide parenting skills sessions as well. I also work with cancer patients and their families to help them through their cancer journey. My goal is to offer a safe and warm environment so my clients can safely work through their mental health problems.
My goal is to empower clients with a deeper understanding of themselves and their struggle. I also provide research based tools that are beneficial in helping clients address the symptoms and behaviors manifesting in their mental health. Art therapy can be used as another form to help communicate thoughts and feelings through the art.
