In our work together, you’ll gain awareness of your emotions, where they come from, and what to do with them. We’ll work to alleviate your pain by exploring your patterns of relating to yourself and to others.
I specialize in helping folks to find solace and peace amidst grief and loss, but this is not limited to issues relating to death. In any change there is loss - grief and sadness can be found anywhere, from the loss of a relationship, a job, a home, to the loss of your health, your dreams, or a part of yourself.
I’m here to listen and to provide you with the tools to work through, and better understand, the complex life experiences that have led you to therapy.
