As a play therapist in training, I offer a child-centered play therapy approach to children ages 4-10, and parental consults when needed if your child is attending sessions with me. I also offer traditional counseling services to pre-teens, teens, and adults. I especially like to utilize creative-based interventions when applicable.
Mental health is just as important as physical health, and interestingly enough, developing studies have proven that it can be related and interconnected.
