Hi! I'm passionate about helping you find relief from trauma. A trauma history may mean you have PTSD or C-PTSD but it can also show up as depression, anxiety, avoidance, dissociation, struggles with attachment and trust, emotional difficulties, chronic shame, and more. I believe in collaborating with you to provide trusted and knowledgeable care that will help to give you a sense of direction in your trauma recovery with your unique experiences and goals.
My overall approach is reflective and practical, informed by what we know about trauma and the nervous system; the influence of attachment experiences; and the importance of building compassion within ourselves. I integrate compassion-focused therapy, sensory and somatic processing, IFS, EMDR, ART, other exposure therapies, and NARM.
Together we can work towards a life worth living beyond trauma and the experiences that have hurt you.
