Hello! I am Jessica Hoffman (she/they), a provisionally licensed mental health practitioner. My goal for each of my clients is to form a therapeutic relationship that fosters growth, acceptance, and collaboration. I have worked with a wide range of clients (kids, teens, and adults) including clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, etc.
I am a queer counselor. I graduated with my bachelor's in Psychology at Hastings College and then got my master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Nebraska- Kearney. I use a variety of techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused, and primarily person-centered therapy.
As a queer counselor, I love working with the LGBTQIA+ community. I enjoy playing video games, watching anime, and hanging out with my family/friends in my free time.
