Sometimes people come to therapy with a specific concern: fear of commitment, grief, a bad habit. Other times, they have difficulty putting to words what they are experiencing, but something doesn't feel quite right. Together with my clients, we decide our focus, our goals, and the direction we take. Whether you know what brings you in or not, we'll figure it out together. I offer psychotherapy, generally 50-minute sessions, though frequency and length of sessions are flexible. My current hourly rate is $170. I also offer psychological and cognitive evaluations for a flat fee. Please reach out if you would like more information.
As a generalist, I enjoy providing therapy for a broad variety of presenting concerns, such as trauma, relationship distress, performance issues at work or in school, and many diagnoses, such as anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and more. I also offer assessments for ADHD, learning disabilities, and other psychological concerns.
