Do you struggle with negative self-talk, confidence, difficult emotions or interpersonal relationships? I often work with adults who are struggling with self-esteem, boundaries, relationships and who may identify as sensitive. In my work with children and their parents, I do one-on-one, child-centered play therapy with children and also offer parent coaching in order to create more harmony in your home and within the parent-child relationship.
