Immediate openings! The relationship between a client and their therapist is one of the most important factors in achieving therapeutic success. I place an emphasis on empathy, compassion, and humor to build our rapport. Before work can begin, a client must be comfortable with and trust their therapist. I pride myself on being able to achieve a strong, trusting, safe connection with my clients.

I specialize in working with individuals as young as 10 through adulthood to help support them in managing challenging emotions, life transitions, and maladaptive behaviors. I provide a unique blend of evidence-based treatments for my clients in which I am trained including but not limited to: CBT, DBT, solution focused therapy, and family systems therapy.
