Offering Evening and Weekend Sessions! Hello there! I'm Jessica, a licensed social worker with a deep passion for supporting new parents on their journey to cultivating the lives they desire for themselves and their families. My mission is to create a safe space where parents, parents-to-be, and those navigating fertility challenges can freely explore their emotions, fears, and aspirations, while receiving the support they need to thrive.
My expertise spans a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and solution-focused. As a parent myself, I wholeheartedly embrace conscious parenting, nonviolent parenting, attachment parenting, and peaceful/mindful parenting philosophies.
