My goal as a therapist is to help you feel truly understood, help you to understand and accept yourself, and give you tools to move through the world in a more adaptive way.
My main specialty is in grief counseling, specifically around pet loss. This kind of loss is nuanced and misunderstood and is an underserved area of support. I can help you process your intense feelings, give you tools to work through your grief, help you develop more effective coping strategies, and find ways to stay connected to them forever.
