Throughout our lives we all encounter times of stress, self-doubt, and turmoil that overwhelm our capacity to cope. As a psychologist, I work with individuals who are seeking to reduce emotional distress while also developing greater self-acceptance, coping skills, and interpersonal skills. My approach to psychotherapy is integrative, flexible, and individualized to each of my clients. In addition to psychotherapy, I also provide neuropsychological evaluations for individuals who are seeking to better understand their cognitive strengths and weaknesses, clarify a diagnosis, and receive guidance in treatment planning. I have experience in treating children, adolescents, and young adults.
