Hello! My name is Jessica and I am happy to meet you. I became a therapist to help others in the way others have helped me in my teenage and young adulthood. While my challenges are not the same as yours, I welcome individuals who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, loss of self, and those who are searching for more meaningful relationships. I enjoy working with those who are interested in finding additional support in this current relationships (familial, friend or romantic).
I provide a collaborative, person-centered approach to therapy. I use a mixture of dialectical behavioral therapy, mindful awareness and introspection to help you achieve your goals.
