Relationships of any context are complex. We are often navigating past traumas, childhood pain, parental influence, and hidden expectations within ourselves AND partner(s). Whether you are preparing for marriage, or repairing the relationship all parties need to feel that they have a starting point, In our work together we will address infidelity, "toxic" traits, miscommunications, unhealthy expectations, and manipulation. Together we will work to create a safe space for the relationship to flourish. Some of the work we will do to create that space is to help break down defense mechanisms and increase intimacy by repairing broken and unhealthy patterns.
