As an LCSWA, I have experience working with children, teens, and young adults through depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral needs and transitions.
I integrate a few different approaches, including CBT, behaviorism, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy. Through our work together, it is my goal to help you in your journey by building skills and processing life experiences together in a supportive and therapeutic environment.
