Groups
Support While Grieving
This group is exclusively for adults with loss of a loved one run by a trauma-informed facilitator and fellow griever. This will be a closed group. This group is limited to 12 participants and has a 6-participant minimum to run the group. It will include: Understanding our personal grief and debunking myths about grieving. Navigating emotions within grieve and how to identify helpful and unhelpful coping methods. Addressing how to care for self and how to begin turning grief into mourning. This group will be held via Telehealth, 90 minutes for 6-week session.
