I take an eclectic and integrative approach to therapy; utilizing somatic practices, inner child work, mindfulness, grounding, & relational based interventions. I am also trained in trauma modalities: Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & EMDR. I build a strong base of trust & respect in the therapy relationship, before diving into trauma work.
