As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my process to therapy is diverse based of the strengths and needs of each individual. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Person-Centered strategies. I see individuals ages 3-25 years of age, utilizing play therapy for those younger clients, or older kids at heart!
Services are in-person! My office has a relaxing and comfortable environment and for those younger clients, an area designated for play therapy.
