My goal is to help you remove the obstacles that prevent you from being the best version of yourself. I would be honored to work together to help you to heal from and overcome the experiences in your life that are affecting you most.
I provide individual therapy to adults and adolescents, and focus on women's issues. I am certified in Trauma Therapy, and have received training in several different approaches to trauma, including EMDR. In person therapy is available in San Luis Obispo, CA, while telehealth is available to residents of Oregon and California.
