I am intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), DBT-PE (Prolonged Exposure for trauma), and DBT-C (DBT modified for children), and am a DBT-LBC, Certified Clinician. I use a collaborative approach with my clients. My specialties include anxiety, emotional dysregulation, behavioral dysregulation, self-harm, suicidality, trauma, and parent training. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, and I prioritize racial justice and equity in therapy. I greatly value creating a nonjudgmental space for my clients to feel heard, seen, and understood.
My main priority is to empower and support my clients in creating positive change, in order to build a life that brings hope and excitement into daily life. I am confident you can achieve your most fulfilling personal goals by implementing research based-skills that are proven to enhance quality of life.
