Life is complicated. Stress is inevitable. And, if you find yourself feeling overwhelmed by life or stressors I can help you get your feet back on the ground and move forward. Therapy is a great resource help individuals, couples, and families to journey through life by making small changes which can have a big positive impact on how you approach and balance the many complex systems of life. As a therapist I will work with you to discover and restore your inner peace, improve communication, and provide feedback to discover what the next right step will before you.
Each person is unique, and each individual has a story. I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and adults to provide individualized, research-based treatment methods to promote healing and health. My goals are to reduce stress, anxiety, worry, fear, and depression by discovering your own strengths, and abilities.
