Hi, my name is Jessica. I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker. I have provided school based services from K- 12. I have experience working in an Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization Program providing individual therapy and group therapy focusing on CBT skills, mindfulness, anxiety, DBT skills and Narrative therapy.
I like to meet clients where they are at, considering that every person comes with their own experiences and struggles. I focus on finding my clients strengths and help build on their skills. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused, and Person-Centered.
