I know how daunting this can be when you have lost sight of who you once were or who you want to become. I work from an open-minded, non-judgmental framework. I have a passion for empowering clients to create lasting behavior changes through tackling self-doubt, discovering self-acceptance, and finding meaning in a busy life. I specialize in working with individuals who are navigating life transitions, ADHD, anxiety, and trauma.
