I work with young adults, adults, and couples with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship conflict, and developing healthy coping skills to manage life stressors. In working together, I will support you in asking thought provoking questions to find solutions to your current stressors while exploring the root of your long standing thought patterns and feelings. I also incorporate humor and authenticity in session to facilitate the healing process so don't be surprised to find yourself laughing in session.

I also have a special interest in working with families of first responders. As a fire wife, I understand the unique challenges faced by first responders, their partners, and their families.
