My style of therapy is collaborative, relationship-based, and focuses on meeting you where you are in the present moment in order to help you get to where you'd like to be. I utilize an integrative approach based on your unique interests and goals in order to find the best fit for you in our work together. Humor and nature are common themes in my work.
