Are you struggling with distressing symptoms of anxiety and depression that keep you from doing the things you want to do? My approach is holistic, integrating symptom reduction, physical health, relationships, and spiritual growth.
I specialize in treating individual teens and adults who struggle with anxiety, panic, phobias, dissociation, avoidance, PTSD and surviving trauma. I have been practicing since 2004. I am certified in EMDR therapy and I am a member of the Parnell Institute of Attachment Focused EMDR. I also use Psychodynamic, Behavioral and Person Centered modalities.
