I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who believes in working with clients of all backgrounds. I specialize in working with adults, teens, and children in the areas of educational counseling, college and career planning, stress management, anxiety, depression, and P.T.S.D.

By using a variety of counseling strategies and therapeutic methods such as Solution Based Focused Therapy, EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness. I will help you reach your potential, overcome adversities, and reach your personal goals. I use a multitude of therapeutic strategies that will best meet your individual needs.

I have worked as a school counselor, yoga/meditation instructor, service provider for individuals with disabilities, and as a drug and alchohol therapist.
