I enjoy working with individuals 15+ years old and have experience working with social anxiety, Borderline Personality Disorder, depression, life adjustments, and more.
My approach is laid back, open, and honest. I utilized person-centered, dialectical-behavioral, cognitive-behavioral, and EMDR techniques in my practice to support you in meeting your goals. I offer an empathetic and validating space to my clients to allow you to share your story. EMDR services are offered in person only.
