Many times it seems that counseling is explored only as a last resort after all other attempts at making changes or finding symptom relief have fallen short. Whether you are looking to manage and cope with a specific issue such as trauma or anxiety, are having relationship issues, are feeling stuck in general, or are looking for a deeper level of self-understanding, I can be alongside you to help.
I utilize a compassion focus in my practice and use mindfulness based techniques, Internal Family Systems, ACT, and Tapping (EFT). I believe that we create our own realities and that we must first look within before anything in our external worlds can change. I create a safe, relaxed, and supportive environment where you can be you without judgment.
