I am passionate about supporting children, adolescents and young adults struggling with a variety of concerns. I have worked with clients individually as well as in group therapy settings and have experience working with concerns relating to anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, self- esteem and relationship challenges. I also have experience working with the LGBTQIA community.
I like to remain flexible in my approach, as each client's needs are different. I utilize evidence based treatments in sessions such as CBT, emotion focused and solution focused.
