Hi folks! I have worked with a variety of people including from very small children to elders in several settings. I enjoy working with teenagers who struggle with depression, anxiety, ADHD and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder. I have significant experience working with parents who struggle to connect with their children, especially with children who have difficulties with impulse control, anger outbursts and various other behavioral issues. I also enjoy working with those who feel dissatisfied with life in general and struggle with putting a finger on what's not working.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Family Therapy, Conflict Resolution, Solutions Focused treatment as well as some Dialectical Behavior Therapy concepts. I'm familiar and comfortable with Relationship issues, Bipolar, ASD, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, and of course LGBTQ+.
I use a strengths-based, client-centered techniques because I know that my clients are the experts of their own experiences. It is common to feel stuck, low or at a loss as to what to do in your life to feel better. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space to help you do just that.
