My clients have a variety of backgrounds but all of them have one thing in common: a desire to be truly happy and healthy. I get to the root of the problem/s; my clients experience thru interactive therapy that produces results. My methods are directive, down to earth, and engaging for both children and adults. We all develop habits that serve us in the moment, only to discover that those same behaviors and narratives are keeping us from getting what we want out of life and relationships.
As a trauma informed therapist for 10+ years, I have gained a variety of skill sets to assist individuals struggling with trauma, addiction, mental health disorders, and anxiety. It important to note that different therapy modalities may be more or less effective for different individuals. It's important for me to find an approach that works best for you.
